The Soul Office is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 2pm and our phone number is 02 4926 1758.
The Soul Open Pantry operates 1-2.00pm Tuesday / Wednesday and 9-10.00am Friday.
Donations can be dropped into Soul 8am-2pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30-8.30 Fridays. If the door is closed please call the office number 02 4926 1758.
SOUL CAFE is located at the Corner of Hunter and Watt Street, Newcastle (WESTPAC Building Level 2)
BREAKFAST: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 7:00am - 8:30am
LUNCH: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 11:00am - 12:30pm
LUNCH: Sundays (Fortnightly) - 12noon - 1:00pm
Please note Sunday lunches occur every two weeks, alternating with the lunch provided at Cathedral Church of Christ the King.

This Hunter Homeless Connect Directory is a compilation of current services available to anyone in need. It should be able to help direct people to a suitable service which can then assist to solve needs.
The Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF), in collaboration with NSW Health and local agencies, has produced a suite of resources that will help you educate your communities about crystalline methamphetamine (‘ice’).
These resources cover the effects of the drug on individuals and communities. They also explain where someone can get help if they have a crystalline methamphetamine problem or want to support someone struggling with addiction.

Nar-Anon
Nar-Anon Family Groups are self-help support groups for families and friends of compulsive drug users. Members meet anonymously to gain an understanding of the user's behaviour and how to cope with it.
