Laura is a new volunteer at Soul. This is her 4th shift. Laura knows what it is like to be vulnerable.
Back in Nov 2019 a group from the 1st New Lambton Scouts came to visit Soul for a tour. It was wonderful to see how interested the kids were in what we do at Soul Hub and one of the scouts who visited with the group, Holly, was so enthusiastic about everything she learned during her visit, that she reached out to us offering to organise an initiative to support Soul’s Christmas Appeal.
Holly collected $5-$10k food/personal care items, sold $750 in raffle tickets, collected $1450 in donations and made 57 Christmas Hampers for the homeless valued at $3750.

Today, Holly is part of our Soul Family and still involved at Soul. Every school holiday she comes into Soul Hub and volunteers her time and energy.
